  • Oversaw the development and execution of first Thorntons Mobile App across Android, iPhone, and Blackberry platforms. Experienced a 75% growth in mobile usage the first year, with a continued 60% lift in usage yearly.

  • Responsible for the development and creation of Thorntons Gas Text Alerts. Along with an external agency, oversaw the weekly and daily communication sent to subscribers via text.

  • Managed corporate public relations, preparing and distributed press releases, managed internal/external communication for new product launches, and prepared statements on behalf of the company leadership.
